By accessing and using any part of the application, the EL PICO application or signing up as a member/purchasing entry into the physical EL PICO space at 6 Hong Kong Street, #03-01, you shall be deemed to have accepted to be legally bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy without limitation or qualification. As we rely on your personal information to provide our services to you, you agree to ensure that the information provided by you is accurate, complete and up to date. If you are providing personal data to us for and on behalf of another individual, you represent and warrant that you have obtained the necessary authority and consent to disclose such personal data to us for the relevant purposes, and that such information is true, complete and accurate.
